The Sleeper may only make changes or returns of the products purchased, within 10 (ten) calendar days following the date in which they were received. Products which are returned or exchanged have to be unused, in their original condition, otherwise the change or return will be rejected. To make a change and/ or return, the Sleeper must send an email to [email protected]. Once is approved, an email will be sent to you with the instructions to follow. Any costs related to changes and/ or return will be paid by the Sleeper. Once we receive the package, and it follows our policies your money will be returned or another pair of Slippys will be sent.
Changes or returns of products are not accepted when they come from an offer, discount or promo codes.
